Shipping Policy

Your health is our priority. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another email once it has been shipped.

We are committed to getting your Nutrifend products to you swiftly and safely.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Currently, we ship only within India.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses.

While we pack our products securely, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer care team, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
