Return & Refund Policy

At Nutrifend, we are committed to ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Due to the nature of our nutritional supplements, we have a strict return policy. Please read it carefully.

We only accept returns for products that are damaged during transit, incorrect (wrong product delivered), or have a broken/tampered factory seal upon arrival.

You must initiate a return request within 72 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

• The return must be for a product that was received damaged, is incorrect, or has a tampered seal.
• The product must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with the outer packaging intact.
• You must provide clear, unedited video or photographic evidence of the damage, incorrect product, or tampered seal. An unboxing video is mandatory for processing the claim.

• Email our customer care team at customercare@nutrifend.com within the 72 hours eligibility window.
• Include your Order Number in the subject line.
• In the email, please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach the mandatory unboxing video and/or photos as evidence.
• Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If the return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
